Выпотрошите рыбу, удалите жабры, аккуратно отделите кожу от тушки,
вырезав плавники и оставив их вместе с кожей. Если кожа плохо
отделяется, побейте рыбину колодкой ножа. Теперь отделите кости от
мякоти, выбросьте их, а мякоть нужно перемолоть на мясорубке. Половину
батона залейте молоком или просто водой, размочите и отожмете. Булку
добавить к мякоти рыбы, также добавьте желтки и половину пачки
размягченного масла, 1 мелко порезанную и обжаренную луковицу.
Посолите-поперчите массу, за фаршируйте ею рыбу и зашейте брюшко.
Подготовьте протвень – нарежьте столовую свеклу и морковь колечками,
выложите и полейте растительным маслом, теперь можно выкладывать рыбу.
Ставить нужно в разогретую до средней температуры духовку (160-180
гр.С.) и запекать около 30-40 минут, при необходимости накрыв фольгой.
Когда рыба остынет, ее можно украсить майонезом, ломтиками овощей,
дольками лимона и зеленью.
